Welcome to Coopura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of coopura.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. In these Terms, "Coopura", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Adyshop LLC, a limited liability company registered in USA. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and descriptions
We try to display our products, colors, and images as accurately as possible. Copper is a natural, handcrafted material, so slight variations in color, finish, and hammered texture are normal and are not defects. Screens may also display colors differently. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free.

3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit quantities, for reasons such as stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or restrictions on shipping to your location. If we cancel your order, we will refund any amount you have paid.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
  • We may correct pricing or typographical errors, even after an order is placed, and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Sales tax is charged where required by law and is shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided, so please make sure your shipping address is correct.

6. International orders, duties, and taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, unless these are shown as collected at checkout. These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by us. Refusing to pay them may result in the package being returned or abandoned, and we are not responsible for resulting costs or losses.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Product use and care
Our products are intended for normal household use. Please follow the care instructions provided with your product. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or use that is not recommended by the manufacturer. Our products are not medical devices, and nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Coopura name, logo, product designs, photos, text, and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of it commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or orders

11. User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@coopura.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

12. Reviews and submissions
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You confirm that you own or have the right to share the content and that it is not unlawful, offensive, or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion.

13. Third-party services and links
The Site is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services for payments, shipping, and analytics. The Site may also link to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coopura and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Coopura and its owners and affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at help@coopura.com so we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove any mandatory protections or court rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders and use of the Site after they are posted.

19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
